For those who enjoyed the soundtrack...

Also check out The Valerie Project. They're a psych-folk band that formed so that they could score the film. It's excellent. It takes a sort of pastorallly classical tinge on the surreal folk aesthetic to evoke a modern, but equally hypnotic, take on the film.

Took me long enough to get around to listening to this, but I'm glad I did. It's good.

Then again, so is the original soundtrack, so I'm a little confused. Why a new score?

I disagree with you, but I'm pretty sure you're not Hitler.

I own The Valeire Project on vinyl, and if it makes any sense, It's not necessarily a "new" score, but yet a fan-based tribute to the original soundtrack.

OK, I can see that. I'm eventually going to put this back on my Netflix queue. No reason I have to see it only once!

haha, I definitely agree with you on that, as this is one of my all-time favorite films, I too was hooked on it the minute it came in the mail via netflix! 

Hmm. I'll stick with the phenomenal original soundtrack. Interesting though.

Yes, nothing can beat this real music. The new stuff sounded like interesting noise and didn't fit the lovely dream-like images. The original is perfect.
