theirs a guy running with the two blocks that the ten commandments were on and then he drops one.

No, that's "history of the world part I". And the guy is called Moses, or something...........

The other poster is correct, it's from History of the World: Part I. Moses, played by Mel Brooks is carrying 3 tablets.

Moses: The Lord, the Lord Jehovah has given unto you these fifteen...
[drops one of the tablets]
Moses: Oy! Ten! Ten commandments for all to obey!
