Thanks for the info! I look forward to having the DVD version, as I have a copy of the film on VHS that looked like a copy of a copy of a copy--though it is viewable and has good audio.

It really is a good film with excellent performances throughout!

I just received my DVD of The Traveling Executioner in the mail yesterday. I bought mine on eBay. I have not seen this film until I got my DVD. I bought it because I'm a big fan of Bud Cort and am collecting his movies.
