Who played Wayne Lomax? (spoiler)

Is Wayne Lomax the man whose money is stolen in the beginning? I heard them say "Wayne" to him so I'm assuming that's it. It's also the character that recognizes Pitman in the brothel through the peephole.

His character isn't listed on the page (at least not labeled) and I was just wondering if anybody knew who he was? Thanks!

It's listed now: Arthur O'Connell, and yes, he played Wayne Lomax.

I loved the scene with the peephole, but shouldn't he have just summoned the sheriff when he recognized the thief instead of causing the commotion? He'd certainly have time, because Paris would have been busy for ... well, 10 minutes at least. Oh well, then there wouldn't have been a very entertaining two hours to follow.
