Loved the soundtrack

but disappointed by the film. I wanted to like it having enjoyed Martino's The House with Laughing Windows and seen Edwige Fenech in The Case of the Bloody Iris, but it didn't work for me. I found the plot and Fenech lacklustre. The most interesting feature - her strange vice, for blood presumably - was a sideline. The film was very well styled though in terms of the settings, interiors and exteriors, cars and costumes.

Anyway the DVD had some nice extras including an interview with Martino who is an enthusiastic and interesting speaker. The scene in the park in this film inspired Dario Argento's scene in Four Flies on Grey Velvet and Taratino used the main piece of music in Kill Bill v2. Both are nice nods to Martino.
