Help with a film!!!

I once watched turned on this film at like 2am in the morning on a channel called "Zone Horror", and it was such a chilling film. Basically, what happened in the scene was a woman, I think she was naked, woke up in this stoney cell, it was painted white i believe. she went over to the door, and either it was open or she opened it, and looked outside and saw a long hallway. I think she ran down it, and another bit i remember was just a bunch of dead bodies on this floor, really gory. I believe the floor was green :P

The sound was very silent and eerie, and the mood was NOT at all funny.

If anyone has any ideas, and if anyone has any ideas where else I should post this it would be much appreciated :)
