Rated GP according to a trailer...

If you go here

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_QUT78N_9I at the time 33:27 you will see it states it's GP.

IMDB lists it as originally being M. So maybe there is a edited version of "Start the Revolution Without MI" that received a GP rating?

If so, I'd like to know what was cut out!

There's an almost boob-shot of Ewa Aulin, and a full bum-shot of Helen Fraser (but at quite a distance), but there's no swearing or much more than some kissing, a few leers, and innuendos.

IMDb shows it originally rated at M, then downgraded to PG (and presumably GP in between), but doesn't indicate any cuts -- just a more relaxed ratings board, probably.

According to Wikipedia, M and GP were the same rating category. M came first, then it was changed to GP in 1970, and finally to PG in 1972. So there weren't different versions, it just happened to be released during a transitional period for the MPAA rating system.

I don't remember it that way. I remember five ratings: G, GP, M, R, and X. M was abolished around the time that GP was changed to PG.
