soundtrack

When I first saw this movie in the early 70's, I found the soundtrack music very haunting, evocative and mournful. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the musicians that were involved in making the music (they were called The Orphanage) and if the music might (probably a very slim chance) be available on CD?
