Couldn't marry a woman who didn't love this film

Such a lovely film. Humor, a loving family, matters of political conscience and, why do people complain about it: a happy ending.
This film should be played as frequently as "It's a Wonderful Life", so that kids can get in touch with positive emotions at an early age; something to fend off the assault of desensitizing violence that pervades their "entertainment" these days. One of my all-time faves.
