they will not be releasing the pufnstuf movie at all. the reason why is becuase they released the special edition in 2000 only on VHS and they didn't sell. so now its in storage. they probably would have been able to order it if they released it on special edition DVD in 2000
shareIt was played on television here in Australia last night on the ABC. I was able to copy it to my DVD hard drive and have burnt my own copy, the tiny "ABC 1" log in the bottom right-hand corner of the picture is very unobtrusive and doesn't spoil my enjoyment. Thanks, ABC!!
shareI recorded it last night too! Glad I'm not the only fan hehe Funny though how many of my younger work colleagues just look at me with blank faces when I try to explain the show. Most of them have never even heard of it!
shareI flicked back and forth between this (on ABC1 Australia) and Event Horizon the other night. I think they were pufnsomething when they were making this - trippin'! Jack Wild was a great performer, though.

shareI was so excited to find it on Netflix, yay for regression. They're a bit confused though, they call it 'H.R. Pufnstuf' and the blurb is about the TV series too.
