the inept and dated humor aside,this movie marked barbs descent into a string of sexually charged[yet tame by todays standards]lusty comic romps.
her outfits in this flick show off her fleshy yet desirable body to its best potential; go-go boots,mini skirts,fredricks of hollywood type lingerie,hot pants,leather pants and bra,fishnet hose,panty hose, they all reign supreme.
'whats up doc?','up the sandbox','for petes sake','a star is born','the main event' and 'all night long' would follow.
yet,this being the first,babs was at her delicious jewish diva best,showing off her sumptousness at every butt jiggling turn.

I remember circa 1970, a woman I worked with told me that she wished she had a body like Barbra Streisand. I had never really paid much attention to Babs' bod, and thought my co-worker's desire a bit odd. However, I just saw the movie a few days ago, and now I know what she was talking about. Streisand--at least when she made this movie--had a sexy bod and nice legs.
