herbert Ross and the R-rated version

has anyone contacted Herbert Ross and see if any R prints are still available?

reply

Herbert Ross passed away in 2002.

And... posters need to realize there was never any full topless scenes with Barbra in R-rated version in 1970. She was a huge star & never has allowed nudes of herself. The R was for the F-word.

I saw it the theater, and she was topless.

I was too young when it came out to see it at the theater (although I remember Mom and Dad going to see it.) That said, I have seen some still shots on the net so, yes, you remember correctly.

My guess is that Barbra maybe regretted doing that scene and used her clout to have it excised from the film's master.
