I like it when the two cops are driving the Kellermans up to the Armory and the cop in the front passenger seat turns around and asks them if they are from out of town and she says "yes" and the cop says, "You're lucky". He doesn't say it sarcastically or in a mean spirited way-- he just let's it out in a natural, matter of fact style. I'm sure they could have said they were from Devil's Island and he would have still thought they were lucky not to have to live in New York full time.
