One director from any country should do something like this

I found this movie really interesting. To tell the story of a nation through the eyes of common people. The main facts remain behind, far away from people's interests. As it always happens, everybody is concerned about it's own life. It's like that for all of us. According to me it would be an interesting experiment if different directors from different countries, in different times, would try to do something similar.
