Jeez, somebody's got to have this! It's been about six months since I posted this, and no dice. With all the movies-of-the-week that have been unearthed in the Internet/DVD-R era, I can't believe that NO ONE has this!

I have found this movie!
Well, I don't have it my hands yet, but it's coming in the mail from a reliable source, who says the print quality is excellent.
I will update the thread after it comes in the mail.
It came today! I've only watched the first ten minutes, but it already looks as great as its legend would lead you to believe. Very '70s, as to be expected, but in a good way! Kinda like The Ice Storm, but made in the actual era.
Will post back later on how everyone else interested can get a copy.
Dont know if this where OP got it, but joesclassicmovies.com has it, for about $10. i've never bought from them but it's low price even if copy is lousy, if you're anxious just to see it. I've had mixed results w/ these 'bootleg' DVDs, some much better than others, for anywhere from $5 to $15 each. if you're looking for pristine copy it might not be it, but then again i've not bought from joes, so maybe they're great! if someone tries it please post back w/ quality/results etc.

I know it's been quite some time,but the sites listed to obtain this film are gone. Do you still have the film? I first watched this when I was a small girl and fell asleep as it ran way after midnight. I was so mad that I didn't get to see the rest; I waited for years, but it never came up again. This is the first I've seen anything written of the film. Anyway, that's a long time to be wanting to see the rest of the movie isn't it? If anyone knows a new place, please let me know.
sharei purchased this on DVD from modcinema.com, they're pretty reputable and it's a really great transfer. bought it because i'm a huge Denise Nickerson fan, looking for more of her TV movies if anybody can help please contact me. thanks!
