As the movie (titled "L'Inceste" in the original french language version) was released as My Lover, My Son for the English speaking market with English dubbing the chances of finding English subtitles for "L'inceste" is pretty remote. Your best bet is to locate the English dubbed version.

Wrong. The film was shot in the english language by a largely british crew in and around london. Schneider dubbed her performance (post principle photography) in both french and her native german for foreign distribution. the reason an original english language version is so hard to find thses days is due to the films spotty distribution and failure at the box office in england and america, though it did better in france, holland and germany - hence the dubbed version you've seen.
