Italian Western about Garfield's death

This movie is included in a 2012 collection of 8 movies from Echo Bridge, with a very generic title--"8 Spaghetti Westerns".

Not a lot of help, but my answer is "nowhere". "Mondo Video Store" online shows one left in stock, Amazon says it's out of stock, eBay shows a number available from UK sources, so it's not easy to find and you'd be dealing with a non-Region 1 DVD. But that wasn't my point.

I don't like any of the ways it is released and remastered it myself from various tracks that are available. Here's the problem. The highest resolution video and the best dialogue is in the Italian version. I love to watch a lot of the "Zapata Spaghetti Westerns" in Italian or Spanish with English subtitles. But this takes place in Dallas and the characters are all English speaking Anglos, so I don't really want to watch this in Italian with English subtitles. Which subtitles do not exist and I had to create those myself too, so the best copy is a pure Italian release. Not really what I want for a movie set in Dallas in 1881.

There English versions...but the dialogue is horribly watered down! *spoiler alert* - I'm going to give an example. Skip the next paragraph if you don't want to know the last line in the movie.

The Italian version has one character handing another some papers saying, "Take these, you need them more than I do. I've had enough of the gun". The English version leaves out the last sentence! The Pinkerton's last words in Italian are, "Here, take them. You can go to hell!". In English it's, "Here they are".

So, I created a version that is the Italian video with the English audio, with Italian subtitles that can be turned off/on. I also included the Italian audio and English subtitles, but never watch it that way, but it's nice as a reference.

I don't want to just stick it on a torrent site and tell people to get it that way, but what to do? Maybe there should be some kind of SW share group somewhere. I don't want to profit from it, but one could argue that I've ticked two of the "overrides copyright" boxes with its educational value vis a vis the book I mentioned, and the fact that I did a substantial amount of work to produce something that is technically not the original. I wonder if there is a sunset provision on Italian copyrights? In 4 years it will be 50 years old.
