Toilet Training

I was waiting to see how the staff deals with toilet training a baby in a thirty year old body with its concommitant volume of waste. He would at least need a pretty large diaper and, a sophisticated and effective, means of odor control. I am interested to learn how IMdB users would handle this problem.
