Saw this in Black And White

... And its great. The story's the same, obviously, but the mood is, I must admit, darker. I felt like the whole ambivalence of the lack of color, so to speak, elevated the performances all around, amplifying the ambiguity in those characters.

If you ever have a chance of seeing this film in B&W, do try it out. Its a great endeavour, and allows the film to connect better with Yojimbo and Sanjuro, too.
