Did anyone else react to the terrible sound in this movie? I found myself having to put the treble all the way down throughout, and lower the volume whenever there was screaming/barking etc not to go insane.
Other than that, great movie :)
This is called dynamics I guess! Most of today's pop music and movie mixes lack any sort of dynamics, while older recordings span the full range between loud and soft. If you have the carefully restored 2003 DVD version, the Dolby sound mix is great, very crisp, both on the dialogues and the songs. This was the first Swedish film released in stereo.
