If you are still looking for this item: The only place I have found it is on eBay. It is a bootlegged version called "Black Cat's Revenge". Don't worry - it is the same movie, despite the different title. The seller's name is "Cannibal-king". The name of his eBay store is Cannibal King DVD.
The company, Discotek, is currently working towards creating an official US DVD version of this movie by the end of 2006. I hope this has been helpful!
