Missing scene?

During the post-funeral riots, the camera focuses on a dead body without saying who he is. In the closing credits, Cinna the Poet, subject of the play's "Tear him for his bad verses!" scene, is listed as a character, despite never being mentioned in the film. This leads me to suspect there was a deleted scene. Does anyone know if it exists somewhere? I don't know if this movie is even on DVD yet.
