The soundtrack was rereleased on CD back in 1999 and is now out of print.
Also, John Williams rerecorded music from Jane Eyre with the Boston Pops Orchestra on an album called "Pops Britannia". That album too is out of print but can be had used from amazon and on ebay from time to time:

It is a wonderful suite with three movements:
At Lowood
To Thornfield
The Return
"At Lowood" is actually the Overture/Main Love Theme (wonderful arrangement and performance). "To Thornfield" is basically the same as on the album, but longer, also a great performance. "The Return" is actually pretty much the same as "Restoration" from the original soundtrack. Some of the other pieces on the album, by English composers, are also worth a listen.
Even if you already have the soundtrack, I highly recommend this recording. The original soundtrack featured a small studio orchestra, here Williams has a real orchestra so it's a different and (in my opinion) improved sound. The overture especially benefits with the Boston Pops. The full Pops string section playing the sweeping and elegant Jane's Theme is magnificent. It's really a shame more orchestras haven't recorded this. I would pay to see this performed live.
A little trivia about the music of Jane Eyre: When Williams went to record music from "Jane Eyre" with the Pops, he had discovered that the score sheets and master tapes were destroyed. He located an LP of the soundtrack and sat with the record and transcribed everything he needed by ear. Williams often sites this score as one of his personal favorites.
