Great Line

Unfortunately, I only tuned in to the end of the movie but I was able to catch a really great line by Estelle Parsons in response to her brother's speech about their father (when they were in the kitchen):

'...What a load of sentimental crap'

I found it hilarious! Good sibling tension...

‘Six inches is perfectly adequate; more is vulgar!' (Prime of Miss Jean Brodie Re: an open window).

I always liked, "I've lived my whole life so that I could look any man in the eye, and tell him to go straight to hell."

The Father to Son.

This sums up the why of his fathers attitude towards him, the family and the world.

Great lines, I agree. Great delivery too.

Estelle Parsons had some great lines in a fairly small and unsympathetic role. I think she was wonderful.

My favourite line is when Gene Hackman says: "I hate him. And I hate to hate him."
