and now peter is gone..

this is my favourite john cassavetes' movie, and i treasure it so. to see the 3 of them, john, peter, and benny, together in one movie is such a thrill.
they were my sweethearts since i was 10 years old, and i'm now 53..it's been a lifelong love affair.

john's passing back in '89 was hard enough, and now there is peter's. there is such sadness.

God bless john and peter...and i hope benny lives on to make more masterful pieces, but more importantly, to enjoy his life.
