what- is THIS the film that hasn't been remade yet?

Actually, never even heard of this movie till hours ago when someone wrote it's better than The Godfather. It seems to be well received considering an imdb 2.9 rating.

Why, this only isn't Schwarza's worst acting because of Batman & Robin afterwards!!!
