Missing John Carradine footage

Even with Media Blasters recent DVD release featuring the commentary of Samuel M.Sherman, they still couldn't find all of the missing footage for this feature. John Carradine's big scene, 50 minutes in, was shot in a real pet shop with the attractive twins from STAR TREK's "I,Mudd" episode. Unfortunately, his character is never seen again; back when it made the TV rounds as "The Fakers," Carradine had a second scene in the same shop, only much shorter. Al Adamson films are always a patchwork mishmash but the filmmakers are apparently unable to keep track of all the footage they shoot, certainly far more difficult with the passage of time. "Sunset Cove" is a later Adamson effort with Carradine that seems to have disappeared altogether (I last viewed this R-rated 1978 feature on TV in 1984).
