I'm pretty sure it was the same killer. There's only one as far as I know. After all the killer pushed the first victim under the train, but granted on a busy platform it would have been hard to strangle and slice.

I don't know exactly, but Bianca might have been a spy for a different company (didn't someone mention spies at some point?) and was probably stealing info about the XYY chromosomes. *SPOILERS SPOILERS* and since the killer had the XYY chromosome he probably didn't want people to know about it so he killed them. or maybe he killed them just because he was mad that they were conspiring against the company, and in a way, his work. that's my retarded opinion.

The gay researcher, Braun, was killed by his jealous lover- The dark haired man, Manuel, (aka his chaufer and guy at the club w his shirt open)who attacked Carlo when he went into the house. Manuel thought Carlo and Braun were having an affair, so he killed him. He was extremely jealous.
