WTF?!?!? I don't ever trust their judgement anyway but this rating seems amazingly wrong. I can't say that I was able to watch the whole thing but what I did see reminded me more of an episode of the Monkee's. Total nonsense!
sharefrom what i could tolerate of the movie.. it is one nonstop acid trip.. if you aren't tripping then you won't enjoy this movie.. the flashing from one scene to the next without an continuity is insane to follow.. the psychadelic colors and music are enough to make anyones head spin.. and lets not forget that the cable rating (as wrong as it is) also implies that this is a "futuristic" movie.. nothing about this movie screams anything furthur than 1973...at best.. this movie is just crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!
shareIt's on one of the movie stations as I type this. They gave "Blue Velvet" two stars and they gave this weak POS three stars. Incredible. I wonder where they find the mental defectives who rate the movies for them.

With a cast including Cindy Williams (American Grafitti), Bud Cort (Harold and Maude), and Talia Shire (ADRIAN!!!) and the 3 star rating it looks potentially cool. On THIS TV in a few minutes.
Must have a Left Wing message... I could only watch 5 minutes... the Duke Wayne impersonation told me all i needed to know about the 'message'.
As long as they are hating the correct people, hate is okay for them.
