Does this have an elephant with an infected trunk?

I remember when I was a wee lad, I saw a kaiju film in which the characters watch a filmstrip of an elephant with a big bulge in its trunk. The bulge is sliced open to reveal a bunch of parasitic worms or something. Is this that film? God, that freaked me out.
