Veronica Carlson

Are there any other big fans of Veronica Carlson here? I love her to bits, and when I first saw her in Dracula Has Risen From The Grave, I became an instant fan.

Pity she only made a handful of movies for Hammer, for as well as being extremely beautiful, she is a very talented actress.

I totally agree, but then Veronica looked gorgeous in EVERY scene she was in.

I totally agree. She is beautiful and talented. I wish she had done more films. I loved her in all three Hammer films: Dracula Has Risen From the Grave, this film and The Horror of Frankenstein.

Agreed, and I have paid a good tribute to her in my new Kindle book, HAMMER HORROR REMEMBERED, which is now available from Amazon at: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hammer-Horror-Remembered-ebook/dp/B00ERYLIWO/r ef=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1377893147&sr=1-1&amp ;keywords=hammer+horror+remembered

I'm a fan, although I've only seen her in two films: "Dracula Has Risen from the Grave" and (even better) "Frankenstein must be Destroyed."

She kinda reminds me of a more beautiful version of Ursula Andress (if that were possible, and it is with Veronica!).

That's cool that you wrote a book on Hammer films. I love Hammer films!

I totally agree Veronica Carlson is stunning and I love her in Dracula Has Risen From the Grave, Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed and Horror of Frankenstein
I think her role in Frankenstein Destroyed is her best. She is given more to do. I too hated the rape scene and cried the first time I saw it when she is killed. The scene I love the most in the film is when she drags the body out of the main garden and has to hid it in the side garden. Also when she comes out of the side garden, wet and dirty and tells the lady that tries to help her to go away and leave her alone.

In Dracula she is absolutely breathe taking. Some of the scenes with her and Dracula are so sexually charged with having to show all of anything.

In Horror she is still beautiful but has the least to do out of her three roles. How Frankenstein can treat her like a servant is beyond me.

I have yet to see the Ghoul. It is hard, if not impossible to find on DVD.

I hope one day that the Ghoul and Horror are released on blu ray
