this was good no dvd

Half the actors in Britain must have made spy films about this time.
Some of the films were crap but I remember this one was good,was it just because JOAN COLLINS looked so great in it?

Saw this on tv years ago but it is not on tv very often,and is not on dvd.
Funny how films just disappear.
