Anybody know what city this is set in?

Just saw that Barcelona's La Torre de Sant Sebastià (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torre_Sant_Sebastià) was used in one scene. But despite that, since everybody is speaking Italian (incl the police), the story still must be set in some city in Italy (accurately portrayed or not).
