Funny scene in the movie involving the countess' daughter and her captor

There was one funny scene in the movie that never fails to crack me up when I see it.

The countess Nodosheen and her henchman, Captain Dobi kidnap and imprison the countess' daughter, Ilona, in a woodsman's hut so that the rejuvenated countess can impersonate Ilona.

The woodsman, Janco, is a mute, a big guy, but looks comical in his Turkish/Mongol-like clothes and fur hat.
The funny scene occurs when Janco serves the captured Ilona her dinner, a bowl of what looks to be boiled barley; no spices, no sauces, nothing.
Ilona picks up her spoon to eat. She sees Janco looking at her, perplexed, because he realizes that he has no spoon and was about to demonstrate his uncouth peasant manners by eating with his bare hands. He sort of grunts and tries to dip his fingers into his bowl more elegantly. The cultured Ilona is grossed out and throws the bowl of barley into Janco's face. She tries to escape but the door is locked. Janco is just sitting there like some idiot, his face and eyes covered in boiled barley.

I just watched this movie again. You're right, that scene is a real crack-up. The big doof was probably thinking "Du-uhhh, oh BOY, more food for ME, yup yup yup!!!" Not exactly the brightest star in the sky.
