I haven't read all of the Grave Digger Jones/Coffin Ed Johnson books so I'm wondering: Do they say Jones' real first name in the books? For some reason, I'm imagining him being named "Simon".

His name was Edward or Edwin. It's specified in one of the books.

Do you know which book? At the moment, I'm nearing the end of "The Heat's On", the inspiration for "Come Back, Charleston Blue" (although I'm not really seeing it being anything like the movie at all. Then again, I haven't seen "CCCB" in a long time).
