Love vampire movies and Christopher Lee ones in particular but this one is bad. In one scene a horse gets hit on the head with a boulder and doesn't even faze it. Of course they can't show a horse getting hit by a real boulder. The scene shouldn't have been shown at all.

The boulder wasn't meant to hit the horse. It just grazed it's head and the horse reacted in fear.

Is it possible to just be "grazed" by a huge boulder pushed off a castle wall? No matter how you slice it, it was a badly executed scene, completely unconvincing with its Styrofoam rocks.

As far as I could see the horse reared itself back just in time to dodge the falling boulder.
