Blonde male or blonde female? Debbie Paine was Annie, and Frank Webb was Pete -they were both blonde as I recall. Both are in the IMDB; according to the listing, Webb's career was cut short by a road accident.

I always wondered whatever happened to Debbie Paine after this movie. Looks like she just quit show business completely. She was quite pretty, but no appearances on anything else again.
