Is Tim Reid in this picture?

It's been awhile since I saw this film, but there is a guuy that suspiciously looks like Venus Flytrap. I don't remember what scene or when in the film it is, but the guy was on camera, but didn't speak. If anyone can fill in the blanks as to the scene, when it was in the film or more importantly, if it was Tim on there, please respond.
