Does anyone know where the building is, the one at the end, with the outside glass elevator?

I can't say that I have the answer but I did notice the glass had no bullet holes in the next frame right after Jeff shoots into the elevator.

At the time the building was called Crescent City Towers. Today is call The Plaza Tower. It was a mixture of office and residential space. It is about 530 high a 45 story high rise. located at 1001 Howard Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana USA. It was completed after 4 years of work ending in 1968. It has been abandon since 2002 due to toxic elements.
