James Stewart Signature Collection

I watched this recently as part of a collection of Jimmy Stewart movies.

I really liked the relationship between Stewart and Henry Fonda. A lot of their conversations are very amusing. The relation between Stewart and Shirley Jones is kind of sweet but I'm glad it doesn't go further than it does considering Stewart is 26 years Shirley Jones' senior.

I'm not crazy about the film having such a light-hearted view of prostitution but people in the 19th century west had different views than those of today.

A western is no good if the shoot-outs aren't good and Cheyenne Social Club has some fine action scenes.
