When is the Sally Kellerman fountain scene?

I have an HD rip from satellite and granted, I'm watching it pretty late and am dozing off a bit, but I do not remember seeing it (could have sworn it was some time during the chase between the orange road runner and the 2 cops). Does anyone have the time stamp so I can go through my file and verify if it is there or edited out?
