raggedy ann poster in suzanne's apartment?

for me this film, is amazing, interesting, but unfortunately underrated (no blu ray is the example), anyway, my question here is...in the scene when suzanne calls bernard about the kills, a raggedy ann's wallpaper, poster or something appears in the background of the shot.
does anyone idea where is the poster? who did it?
