"Alternate Version" ?

The Alternate Version section refers to an 11 minute shorter cleaned up TV version (shudder) I can see bleeping the F-bombs and a few colorful expressions..
(..hmm. "Your lips are turning blue, you look like you've been kissing a snowman"
just doesn't have the same bite.) Are there really 11 minutes missing or was it time compressed ? I've NEVER known it to be on TV.
