BODY BENEATH at the BFI, London

Unlikely as it may seem, Milligan madness is infecting the hallowed screens of London's National Film Theatre on 26 January 2012 when THE BODY BENEATH will be presented - from a 35mm print no less! - as part of the always wonderful Flipside strand.

It's supported by a TV news feature from 1970 about the notorious 'Highgate Vampire', who supposedly haunted the magnificent Victorian cemetery into which Andy sneaked to grab shots for his outrageously lurid tale of undead depravity.

THE BODY BENEATH is also scheduled for DVD and Blu-ray release on the BFI's Flipside label, supporting the world premiere of Andy's lost, London masterpiece, NIGHTBIRDS (scheduled release date 21 May 2012).
