It always amazes me that the Roger Ebert wrote this.

I mean for a guy who is the greatest film critic ever. He made one hell of a crappy movie.

I think the movie's pretty neat, especially in context to its time period. But I do think it's stupid that he can hate on I Spit on Your Grave when there's some major sex and violence going down in his own film too.

Then again, maybe someone else got his script and ruined it?

Well I Spit On Your Grave did have a gang rape scene while as I don't remember BVD having that kind of scene in the film.
