Do I have to watch the first one?
I hear "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls" is the best one, do I need to see Valley of the Dolls to get or like this?
Also, I'm getting into exploitation films, any must see "amazing" recommendations? Thanks!
The poster for the movie declares, "This is not a sequel, there has never been anything like this before". So no, it is not necessary to watch "Valley of the Dolls".
shareOnly if you need to sleep before the main feature. The original VOTD plays like a bad TV movie from the late 1960s (I imagine THIS is what the old Peyton Place series must have been like?) Pretty boring and lifeless like an antiquated soap opera.
