Good question, there were many funny scenes in this film, like the ones you mention. But I think when the geeses are trying to rescue O'Malley is funny and when Roquefort is trying to explain the cats that O'Malley had sent him is also hilarious

OMG his eyes crack me up so bad! I'm watching it now with my baby brother and the next bit when the driver slams on the brakes and O'Malley hangs on to the back before making it to the driver's head absolutely kills me xD

It's amazing that the actor who did the voice of Uncle Waldo also did the voice of Droopy the dog !.They sound so different !.

Anytime Napoleon and Lafayette are on screen was gold. My two favorite characters.

For love denied blights the soul we owe to God.

Not a line, but one that cracks me up every time is when Lafayette is between the bike and the sidecar and he's got this innocent look on his face like, "let's just forget this whole thing happened, m'kay?" Then when he's chomping on Edgar's leg and has this expression of pure glee because he's getting back at Edgar for stomping on his paws, I just lose it. In fact, I'm chuckling to myself right now just thinking about it. XD

The lines:

"Okay, let's charge- Oomph!"
"Wait a minute! *I'm* the leader! *I'm* the one that says when we go!"
(beat)
"Here we go. CHARGE!"

"Ladies do *not* start fights, be we can *finish* them!"

"This time, *I* get the tender part!"

Actually, come to think about it, Lafayette had some of the best anf funniest lines, and the fact that he was portrayed by none other than Goober Pyle just completes the picture!

'Everybody Wants to be a Cat' when they're all really getting down - banging!

The part where Lafayette pulls up Edgar's pant leg and starts biting up and down his leg, Edgar literally goes flying, the dogs end up in the mud, Edgar drives through a windmill and disappears.

Amelia: (talking about O'Malley) He's obviously a philanderer who trifles with unsuspecting women's hearts!
Marie: (sitting on a rock) How romantic!

The part where the mouse chases the alley cats past a man drinking a bottle of wine, he thinks he's hallucinating and pours out the wine onto the sidewalk!!

"Now you go for the tires, and I'll go right for the seat of the problem." and when O'Malley jumps on the truck and flips out to stop the driver.

reply

It's funny because Uncle Waldo says that Abigail and Amelia would wake the whole neighbourhood up, but he was the one who was shouting lol! xD. I love it when he shouts "Sherry!" and "Whoopie!" . Hilarious!. I used to say that my Uncle Tony was like Uncle Waldo. My Uncle passed away last year. He was only 52. He was a character. I miss him a lot.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned "You're not a lady! you're just a sister!" Maybe it's just me... I find it hilarious. Such a true moment of sibling life!

Duchess: "Schwingers? What's a schwinger?"

Ha ha ha. Eva Gabor's accent on its own was funny sometimes, never mind what she said with it. ;)
