Two Movies - Same Title

I've just read the comments (both of them) and they both mention this being remade in 2001 with Morgan Freeman. Just to let everyone know, this version and the 2001 version are totally different. Not connected at all. This movie is based on the book 'Sweet Poison' by Leonard Lee. The 2001 movie is based on the book 'Along Came a Spider' by James Patterson. I hope that clears up some confusion.
