Sharon had no wigs on in this picture (unlike her role in "The Beverley Hillbillies" and at various stages in both "The Fearless Vampire Killers" and "The Wrecking Crew") -- in the very last sequence in the movie, EVERYONE was wearing some kind of wig or beard.
Sharon's last scene in the movie was with Vittorio DeSica just before this sequence set in New York (and most likely the set was based at Cinecitta in Rome)
