The superstation in Atlanta (WTBS)shows this movie from time to time, I recorded it years ago and have seen since, One of my all time favorites, Very well written, Watch when the xdeputy arrives at the xsheriffs house to warn about Bengie armed at the poolhall,,, Catch the music switch to a version of Dixie, very suttle.

They also show it from time to time on TCM (Turner Classic Movies) channel..

It's pretty good.

The rights are held by Time Warner after their acquisition of the Turner library (Ted Turner acquired the rights to the MGM library through his short-lived purchase of the studio in the mid-80's). Warner Bros. has made a number of those MGM titles available online through the Warner Archive (www.wbshop.com) but tick....tick....tick is not one of them. Contact them to see if they can make it available as part of the collection.

Bought a copy of it tonight off Ebay for $8 ( shipping included ). Probably is a boot, but the seller has good feedback, so it might be good enough quality.
